Drivers in Tallahassee and other areas of the world are driving around all the time with under-inflated tires. Driving around with under-inflated tires often cause flats, blowouts, skids, and even longer stopping distances. In every cars handbook, the manufacturer will typically let you know the amount of air pressure recommended for your car or truck tires. Let’s say 35 pounds of pressure is needed, but the tire is under-inflated at 27 pounds. That is severely under-inflated, and the driver probably wouldn’t even notice that until it gets below 20 pounds.
