24/7/365 Emergency Road Side Service
McGee's is always there 24 hours/day - 7 days/week - 365 days/year, when you need us. We offer comprehensive Commercial Services. We are equipped to handle any Commercial service and repair situation that may arise, and get you back on the road in no time.
Fleet Diagnostics
Routine engine diagnostics need to be done. With engine parts clean and serviceable, fleet engines will be ready to go.
Suspension Repair
Faulty shocks and struts can cause steering instability. In fact, bad shocks and struts can become so unmanageable that it is unsafe to drive. McGee's will assess the condition of your struts and shocks to see if they are causing problems for you. If they are, we know just what it takes to replace them correctly.
Diesel Repair
A diesel engine is an internal combustion engine that uses the heat of compression to initiate ignition to burn the fuel, which is injected into the combustion chamber. This is in contrast to spark-ignition engines such as a gasoline engine, which uses a spark plug to ignite an air-fuel mixture.
Transmission
McGee's advises you to get expert transmission service to keep your vehicles running well. Our technicians can diagnose transmission repair issues or recommend maintenance options.
Drive Train
The term drive train refers to the group of components that generate power and deliver it to the road surface. This includes the engine, transmission, driveshaft’s, differentials, and the final drive. Sometimes "drive train" is used to refer to simply the engine and transmission.
Brakes
Our team has an excellent track record in diagnosing and fixing all brake problems, including changing brake pads and brake shoes, repairing or replacing leaking wheel cylinders, adjusting the parking brake and making sure your power brake booster is working correctly.
Cooling System
There are two main types of cooling systems – air cooled engines and liquid cooled engines. The cooling system is comprised of a water pump, thermostat, upper and lower radiator hoses, fan, radiator, pressure cap, and coolant.
Electrical
The electrical system comprises a storage battery, generator, starting (cranking) motor, lighting system, ignition system, and various accessories and controls. We have the latest tools and equipment to diagnose, test, and replace bad parts.
Emission Control System
Consists of a catalytic converter, a collection of sensors and actuators, and a computer to monitor and adjust everything. For example, the catalytic converter uses a catalyst and oxygen to burn off any unused fuel and certain other chemicals in the exhaust. An oxygen sensor in the exhaust stream makes sure there is enough oxygen available for the catalyst to work and adjusts things if necessary.
Fleet Inspection and Analysis
McGee's Commercial Services include routine fleet checks to keep your fleet in tip-top shape and running as efficiently and cost-effectively as possible. We are certified DOT inspectors. Our highly trained technicians perform a full 27 point inspection on every vehicle. We use state of the art technology and have highly trained staff to ensure your vehicle is safe to eliminate down time and spot problems before they arise.
Truck Tire and Wheel Balancing
We are fully aware of the importance of wheel balancing, and we take it very seriously. We give you the best wheel and tire service available so that your wheel balance will not be a problem. McGee Tire offers electronic, dynamic balancing of your mounted units through the use of high technology machinery, as well as EQUAL tire performance.
Press on Tires
Press-on Solids – also known as Cushion tires – consist of a cylindrical or conical steel band or steel wire on to which rubber is curved. Generally P.O.S. tires consist of a single layer of rubber although special two layer versions are available.
