Communication was really poor. After waiting for over an hour my husband had to ask someone what was going on with the car only to find out the lug nut had shattered because of rust. Someone should have come out and explained this well before an hour as he was only getting an oil change and tire rotation. We had to bring the car back the next day.

Let me first apoligize if you feel you were not informed. When we performed your free tire rotation one of the lug nuts snapped because youyr car had alot of rust , I proceeded to inform you and your husband that it broke and began to attempt to repair with your permission . we finally cut off 5 lug nuts and replaced for just the cost of the parts no labor to help replace the time that was lost . Normal price would have been charged by the hour , WHICH WOULD HAVE BEEN ALOT OF MONEY , once again im sorry that you was not happy with the service you were given.

I made an appointment on line and showed up 15 minutes earlier for an oil change. It took nearly an hour to have my car serviced. I was told that I needed new brakes on my car, when I took my car to the dealer they said I have over 50% life remaining. Consumer beware.

I was concerned about the communication from one of the mechanics to me in regards to my oil change. It was all taken care of and done well. However on my file it should show that I get the basic oil change the past 2 times I have come. All of a sudden my bill is 40 dollars higher than normal. Either way. Communication, showing pricing, not just assuming I will pay for the most expensive thing is really important to me. Knowing I can trust the people that work on my car is even more important, instead of being taken for a ride like most places. Thank you for your work either way. I would have liked to have seen better communication that is all. Thank you.

Did a great job on my car repair - front bearing seized - I know the job ended up being much more work than normal, but they stuck with it and got the job done, went above and beyond, even had to get an additional part which they didn't charge me for. Car handling great now. Nice Job!! After having to wait way too long for an oil change last visit I wasn't sure I would be back but the manager called and offered to make it right, He did and I appreciate the effort and the service. I'm glad I came back.

I was charged $207 for a Chevrolet Cobalt battery. I have never paid that in my life even with the BMW I just traded in. The staff knew I had no choice but to pay it bc my car wouldn't drive without the new battery. I'm disgusted with this store and will never return. I will make it my personal mission to ensure no one else does either. They also told me I had other issues like a starter but I just got the car 2 weeks prior and told them I wouldn't pay for anything other than a battery bc id take it back to the dealer. All of a sudden all that was wrong was a battery. Disgusted!!

Mrs Brace, im terribly sorry you feel the way you do , but feel free to call around and price a battery for a 2006 chevy cobalt, it takes a special group 90 that is not cheap .you also had car checked for issue and other issuesat 24.95 and a 9.95 battery protection service due to the fact of the corrosion on the old battery terminals . If you want to call me at the store my goal is to make you happy!!!

Tire was fixed, that was done fine. but when i asked about the cost of some other work the rep NEVER gave me a quote on the serivce.... I asked at least 2 times "about how much?" the answer was we check it out and do what you need... WTF ? I was asking a very specific question, my cars coming up on 60K miles and the Mfg has a list of what should be done .... and you can not even give a "Between xxx and yyy" answer ?

Service took much longer than they said, no one hardly behind the desk so I could get any updates. Used to go there when they were Long Service, was much better service then.
