April 6, 2013 I brought my truck in for an alignment and tire rotation. They say they aligned the truck, however, there was no chart with parameters provided, just a receipt. They didn't do the rotation saying that I had separation on 2 tires and I got the "scare tactics" speech for the sake of selling me tires. I won't be back

The tires on your truck are dated 2005, are dry rotted and the inside edges of the front tires are seperated. This creates an unsafe condition. My sincerest appologies if you feel that these are scare tactics but the condition of your tires needs to be addressed immediately. As for the print out from your alignment, our printer was not working. It is repaired now and we will be happy to recheck your alignment and provide a printout at your earliest convienence.

December 28, 2012 I recently spent a $1000.00 dollars to replace struts etc when I went in to get a oil change. I asked you to check a thumping noise that seemed to come from the trunk when I applied the brakes. You said it was the struts etc. but I still hear that noise when I brake. I do not want to come back as I am afraid you will find something else that will cost me more money.

I promise you that I will not charge you anything and we will get to the bottom of this. Your struts were bad and sometimes there can be more than one cause for a noise. oil to synthetic. I sent my Fiancé to have the tires rotated and have my vehicle serviced. When
He returned it didnÂt show the tires were rotated and the oil change was like $20.00. I new

I requested completion of some services. When I got back to pick up the vehicle, he informed me that all was done as I questioned it. I drove away and found out that he did not complete what he said. I, specifically, asked if the "change oil light" was readjusted. It was not. I also asked to have the tire pressure light taken care of. It was not. When I called him, he said to bring it back in and he would look at it. I decided to read the manual and did the service myself. I will not be back as they were very simple procedures and if they weren't going to do them, I'd appreciate an honest response instead of assuring me that they were completed.
